• Your FSA ID
• Your Social Security Number (SSN)
• Your 2024 tax return and asset information
• If you are a dependent student, you also need:
  • Your parent/s’ FSA ID
  • Your parent/s’ Social Security Number
  • Your parent/s’ 2024 taxes and asset information
• Other documents (records of untaxed income) may be required based on your specific circumstances
