• Both you and your parent (if applicable) need to create your own FSA IDs.

Be Sure to Gather All Needed Documents For Your Appointment:

• Your FSA ID
• Your Social Security Number (SSN)
• Your 2023 tax return (if you filed taxes in 2023) and asset information
• If you are a dependent student, you also need:
• Your parent/s’ FSA ID
• Your parent/s’ Social Security Number
• Your parent/s’ 2023 taxes (if parents filed taxes in 2023) and asset information
• Other documents (records of untaxed income) may be required based on your specific circumstances
